Rip off Do not use this exchange

Do not waste you time doing business with this company their customer support sucks ticket 153004. I transferred money to my account, never had a problem before (been with them for almost 2 years and this happened) but this time because something went wrong and they changed things. It looks like their wallet has to include a tag for the transfer and if you do not do this you loose your money. If it was that I put in the wrong wallet address I could then say ok you got me, but penalize the user for a tag, when I provided you all the information needed. It's not right. Only small companies that cannot do this nonsense stuff, you do not see this on big exchanges. And it's an insult to charge their customers $250- for something that they control. Besides customer support giving me a new ticket number everytime they respond back, I got at least four before they told me that the crypto was lost and to recover it you have to pay $250-(recovery fee). https://support.coinzoom.com/support/solutions/articles/43000688830-destination-tag-memo-faqs#Can-I-Recover-my-Funds So before you decide to join them remember this can oneday happen to you.
