Lezhi further stated they have personally suffered from these “brain-computer weapons” since birth, describing a loss of personal dignity and expressing despair about the future.
They also accused executives from Kuande Investment, known as WizardQuant, of using similar mind-control technologies on their employees.
Blockchain data shows Lezhi made five ETH transactions to WikiLeaks between Feb. 10 and 17, with the largest being 591.6 ETH ($1.6 million).
Additionally, they burned 603 ETH ($1.65 million) and transferred 700 ETH to the “ndao.eth” wallet, totaling nearly $5.6 million in transactions.
WizardQuant, a Shanghai-based hedge fund, was founded in 2014 and employs up to 200 people.
It specializes in quantitative trading strategies.
Its executives, Feng Xin and Xu Yuzhi, were directly implicated in Lezhi’s accusations.
